Need work around for unsubscribe webhook w Active Campaign

After doing a bit of research it looks like there is not a webhook through zapier to "unsubscribe" people in Active Campaign that have left a group. Doing this manually, isnt an option. Has anyone found a work around? Maybe setting up a zap through stripe? Not sure if that would even work. Skool this will be an issue for us as Im sure many others - do you have any plans to set this up? Thank you!!
