I've been rewatching Sam Ovens' YouTube channel lately.
I first saw one of his videos 5 years ago and I still get a lot out
of them. Watch them here.
His big-picture strategy for growing a community is pure gold.
Here's the plan:
- Focus on your people ⤸
- Listen to their feedback ⤸
- Give them what they want ⤸
- Make people super happy ⤸
- They tell others about your community ⤸
- You experience the best kind of growth
