Is there a way that we could add a reason as to why somebody was declined access to the course?
I think it would be helpful so they just don’t think that they were rudely declined but rather they didn’t complete some required steps and we can indicate which one when declining them.
Or if we can edit the automated decline email to include the mandatory steps/requirements
We are communicating these requirements and other way, but with 1000+ members we’re starting to grow faster and more people are missing steps. Sometimes they get upset that they were declined because they didn’t realize they missed a step.
