Invite Link Not Showing Up

I have a couple members whose invite links are not working properly. It’s still brings them to the course but it doesn’t say “invited by ____” and is presenting some issues because we only accept people that we can verify have been invited by someone. Is there something we could be doing wrong?

She even sent me a screen recording and she is copying the right link. Is there a circumstances where this won’t work? Please let me know🙏
