How do I become a Skool Operator?

Would love inputs from existing Operators! After yesterday's announcements, I'm seriously thinking of this is a full time career option.

Sam did give a roadmap on how a Noob can slowly level up, but to become a Skool Operator helping multiple creators/artists run their Skool communities.

Sounds super exciting. But I want to hear from people who've already been through this journey. How is your day like? What would be the best of piece of advice you wish you had gotten when you started?
