Day 24 of Building My Skool Community (Lessons and Learnings)
It’s Day 24, and I’ve noticed something interesting while building my Skool community.🔍
I seem to have a bias toward creating a group mainly made up of females
(AKA I reject 85% of male applicants and only 10-20% of female applications to my group)
Why?
Because, from my experience, women tend to be more receptive and participatory in a group setting.
They’re more likely to engage in discussions, offer feedback, and collaborate with others.
The community feels more active and connected.
Is it just me, or do others feel this way too?
Do you prefer certain types of members in your group, or have you noticed different engagement levels between men and women?
I’d love to hear if anyone else has a similar bias or preference... 😅
