Currently the simplest strategy suggested by the gurus is: free group -> onboarding call -> paid HT or LT
What are your thoughts on: call -> HT or LT with the LT being a paid group and the HT being a paid premium group?
P.s. I know I’m not reinventing the wheel lol this is essentially how most people were teaching it before a free Skool group was used as a lead magnet

- More barrier of entry
- Probably less conversion %
- More upfront work to qualify and book
Pros ✅
- Probably higher qualified individuals in a LT vs free
- Revenue generated from the leads in the LT
- Potential for more engagement since the buy in is more than free
My initial thought is: if you’re going to be managing two groups and booking a call either way, why not institute the potential of generating revenue?
