Cheston's company provides tax planning & services to his clients in the state of Georgia & trucking Companies. His one client who owns a trucking company, and owns land worth $4M with a cost basis of $2M, expected $400k of CG's, have been in front of other professionals offering a 1031 exchange as a solution, however on our first zoom call, I briefly introduced Cheston to our trust software: https://rtsincometrust.com/
