Extra Dry Martini
Serve in: Nick & Nora
Recipe:
- Gin/Vodka: 60ml
- Dry Vermouth: 2 Dashes
- Orange bitters: 2 Dashes
Garnish: Olive and Lemon Twist
How to make it:
- Stir gin or vodka with 2 dashes of dry vermouth and ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with both an olive and a lemon twist.
