Max Monday
Another Monday, another question of 'what are you doing today to set yourself up for the best Monday and week possible?!'
It's only 7am. I got up answered my morning questions - (you guys this has been such a game changer for my days) I highly recommend that before you do ANYTHING, first thing when you wake up, simply ask yourself 'what are my intentions for the day?' --don't look at your phone, turn the tv on or any of the other outside noise...
I gave you a list of more that I ask and answer - but this one in particular starts my day up for success. Right now - it starts to fizzle out by the end of the day, but it kick starts my day into so much productivity which is my main goal right now. (be more productive/get shit done/stop overthinking) --- I know this is just the start and getting a few hours of productiveness to start my day is MUCH better than what was happening before. I know these questions will start expanding the timeframe and go into more and more positive/productive hours! IT'S WORKING!
What have you guys been implementing to get your Monday and rest of the week started for greatness?!
