Day 4 - Something Saturday
Happy Saturday to all my favorite people!
Today is a day of something dedicated TO YOU, BY YOU. Something Saturday is a day that YOU will find something that you look forward to doing, or something you’ve been holding off on. The key to this something Saturday, is it should be something productive as well.
Maybe that’s getting some movement in and you treat it like a ‘something is better than nothing’ type of day. Maybe it’s getting a few extra pages read in that book you love so much. Maybe it’s taking an extra hour working on that side business or blog you’ve wanted to start. Maybe it’s getting that laundry folded that’s been sitting there for 3 days (why do I do this? haha) Maybe it’s going on a special date with the significant other or grabbing a coffee with a friend! ←- This is productive in the sense of maintaining and managing good/healthy relationships, just be mindful of the conversation!
The options are ENDLESS - but it’s SOMETHING that YOU do for you that moves you forward in some area of life and is an accomplishment of some sort that has The key is not letting it be a complete lazy day that is filled with sitting on the couch and binging shows etc… you get it. It can be 5 minutes or 5 hours! Time should not be a limitation of NOT starting. 5 minutes of laundry folding can lessen that anxiety of staring at it all day. "SOMETHING"

Mine - is 1. Writing out our day for tomorrow and 2. focusing on having a great breakfast because I am competing today and prioritizing going to bed early so I can be the best I can for my last day of competition tomorrow!
