Baby steps. I reduced my calories ti 1100 today. Tomorrow I will try 900. I had an eating disorder., Bulimia for 7 years in my late 20's early 30's. it was pre Karen Carpenter and didn't even know that it was a syndrome or its name . I experienced a gradual self healing over several years without any counseling. Yoga and meditation helped me shift my obsession with food. So I have had a fear of triggering that behavior. Today i simply ate less. I have been on the kitchari cleanse for a week with my own club. I am eating less. I will see how it goes and if I get to the whole 5 days.
