I find that green tea helps with intermittent fasting. I'm up at 5 and very hungry in the morning and the green tea kind of lulls the hunger until 9-10am (which gives a 16-8 or 15-9 rhythm most days). So I'm hesitant to cut cafeine (plus I hate to do cafeine withdrawal!). Any advice for that? Would it be better to quit cafeine and do a shorter fasting window?
