I'm Dr. Larry Fan, a plastic surgeon from San Francisco.
When I was 21, I broke my nose playing basketball. My nose ended up extremely crooked, causing me to feel ugly, deformed, and self conscious. The experience of feeling this way and going through my own reconstruction inspired me to become a plastic surgeon.
I founded 77 Plastic Surgery almost 20 years ago because I believe that everyone deserves to feel great in their own skin.
I know my services aren't for everybody, but I believe that can make a huge positive impact. I'm on a mission to help one million women feel beautiful inside and out.
I'm at the place in my career where I want to scale my clinic from a boutique luxury clinic into a premium multi-location clinic that helps even more people.
I wanted to ask you guys and the community this question:
1/ Do you think it is possible / sensible to have a Front End Offer for luxury cosmetic surgery?
If so, what comes to mind?
2/ For upscale brands, how do you balance generating demand with attracting the right patients, repelling the wrong patients, and maintaining premium positioning?
3/ Is there a better strategy for me to scale my surgical clinic?
Thank you for the community and your service.
ps. If I'm in the wrong place due to the nature of my services, please let me know.
