- Starting to feel healthier again after 4 or 5 weeks struggling to get over covid
- Working on an exciting collaboration which will encompass both mental and physical fitness
- In Glasgow today it's pretty cold but beautifully sunny, that's some of my favourite weather, so that put a smile on my face this morning
