Welcome to the Challenge!🏆
First off I'd like to extend a huge thanks for participating in this community.
My goal is to create a melting pot of people from all walks of life combined by one thing, their passion for fitness and seeing results!
Each week a challenge will be set to for you to complete via the 'classroom' tab. This may be related to fitness, strength, endurance or even lifestyle.
Your goal each week is to simply turn up, give it a go and post up your results with a video or picture of you completing the task as proof!
Hopefully by completing these tasks you will build good habits that over time improve your longevity!
In the spirit of competition and camaraderie all that I request is that you help lift and motivate others to be the best they can and help one another with any issues they have from fitness to business and everything in between!
Each challenge will have THREE categories:
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced
Ensure you are competing against people at a similar level as you that will push you to the next level by following the guidelines of each task.
There will be prizes up for grabs to the winners of the challenges at the end of the month and bonus competitions scattered throughout the weeks to look out for too!
