Today’s Workout
I have frozen shoulder, but I refuse to let it keep me from doing SOMETHING to challenge myself.
Today I:
  • walked one mile
  • Did 100 reps on a leg rowing machine
  • Did 200 on biceps (100 curls, 100 extensions)
  • 300 crunches
  • Walked another mile to round it out.
