10% and done is better than 100% and never started
If you can't gym for your full workout can you gym for 30 min?
If not can you gym for 15 min?
If not can you just do cardio for 10 min?
If not can you just show up and stretch?
Reduce the barrier to entry in your head and make shit consistent, you can show up for 10 min and stretch. You're more likely to do more once you actually get there. IF you dont at least you keep the consistency going and you didn't fall off
