These are all real aspects of life. What do we do when these things happen?
When these things happen avoid restaurants/foods that deep fry food, use a ton of oils/sauces/cheese, and that give you small portions of protein. INSTEAD choose a place with less greasy entrees and lean grilled protein options. I like Vietnamese grilled chicken rice plates or vermicelli bowls, Luna grills grilled Chicken plates with the tzatziki sauces, and pollo asada platers (asked to cook with no oil) from Mexican spots.
