-Weight train 3-4 times a week. 4 exercises, 2-3 sets of 8-12🏋️♂️
-Eat in caloric deficit🍔 (Must level 2 in the group to unlock the course vid how to do this, conversate with your group members and post wins/questions to community!)
BONUS:⚡ Most people can't go 2 weeks without breaking. Program a refeed day so you don't feel horrible the whole slimming down process. 1 Day a week bring calories back to maintenance.🤝🏽
