Eye problems still going on

I just had my annual eye exam and was hoping to hear good things but none. I have been doing MMS1 drops in my eyes for a while now I have cataract and floaters and 5.75 lenses. I was hopping some good news but none. I internally taking MMS1 since February I am at the 3drops/hr and 6 times/day rate with my MMS1 and I do 2 drops activated drops in 30 ml distilled water for my eyes and I also use castor oil and St worth oil too at night in my eyes. Not even a little bit of change.
