cds and dmso
I've been adding dmso into my hourly mms1, but have now made up some cds. How do I take dmso with that? Can I pour my hourly cds into a glass and then add the dmso to that? Or do I need to put the dmso into a separate glass of water and drink that right after the cds dose?
