If I May Get Some Clarification Before We Lose Skool and I Can't Ask Anymore

I am doing the Real Estate Agency Accelerator - 2024 and under The High Ticket Sales Funnel Category in the modules entitled Sales Funnel Setup and VSL Script first of all what/where is the Free Leads Training that the Sales Funnel Offers (See Opt-In Page)? Is that the 30 Day Challenge? I'm not really following on what that is or where it is or how to get it. And then the FB ROI Masterclass photo what am I supposed to replace that with? It talks about FB in the disclaimer but it has nothing to do with the Opt-In Page that I'm currently talking about. What am I missing? What does this have to do with FB?

On the next step of the Sales Funnel Setup funnel is the Value Video - is that the VSL Script that I will need to record? It's all very confusing and I'm NOT sure what goes where or what is what.

I'm just not understanding what the Free Leads Training is, what and where do I use the VSL and how do I get them the results in FB? I've run 100's of dollars of FB ads and have ZERO results so I'm kinda afraid to offer anyone that. Now I haven't looked yet but could that be in the 30 Day Challenge? There are the chapters in Week 3 and Week 4 of the challenge that I have no idea what they mean.

PLEASE and PLEASE again can anyone shed some light on my confusion before we can't ask questions in this group anymore? I'm really sad we are losing this hub because I ask questions here, I get the calendar here, I get the links here and I've looked in the new community and all we get are 4 trainings. I'm really distraught over losing this Skool community.

Someone please hurry or this will all be a BIG loss to me and the time I've spent learning (or trying to learn) the Program will all be lost. It will have been a waste of the 60+ hours that I've spent so far trying to figure this all out. Please I'm begging. Thanks so much and I really mean that to anyone who can help.
