Super excited to be here!!!

I was born and raised on Long Island and presently live in a home in Farmingdale with my wife Jeanie and our 3 young children. I’ve been in Fintech for most of my 25 year career and most recently have been consulting with Morgan Stanley for the past 3.5 years. I’m so ready to take my entrepreneur spirit to a whole new level. I’ve been working too hard for too long for the wrong people. Now it’s time to work hard for myself and my family so that I can free up my time to be able to spend it with those who I love.

My strategy consists of the acquisition of 3-400 rental doors via multi-family residential commercial property in the state of Pennsylvania over the next 2-3 years as a buy and hold investment while raising capital to fund the deals. My target returns are min of 8-10% COC with 12-14% IRR in year 1.
