Hello, nice to meet all of you. I am excited to join. I am a government contractor and real estate investor in the Northern Virginia area. I discovered investing in debt six years ago- small mortgage notes- because of a conversation at work, and I thought that was the only way to get started in real estate. Now, I am looking for multi-family in VA and DC; I still leverage notes, but they are not my focus anymore; however, if anyone is ever interested in knowing more about that space, feel free to reach out.
