This is another one wants 273k maybe you can talk em down longer.

I called her she isn't willing to settle for anything less than 280k. I reiterate how unique her home is and it’s truly a rare find in this market with features that aren’t available in other properties nearby. I provided an offer and asked would she be willing to give me her best offer with no budging from 280k. She is also not wanting to place it on MLS, due to just not wanting to deal with it.
