Hi, I'm Tiffany from Maryland.

I love the water, my dog and all things runDisney. I am on a mission to heal our nation's relationship with food and exercise so that future generation never need a "go on a diet" to feel healthy in their body. And I believe the fast way to create that world is to help lifelong dieters heal their relationship with food and exercise to lose 50+ pounds with my intuitive living program.

My ideal referral partner is personal trainers, spas, massage therapists, hormone specialists, general health practitioners, physical therapists, dietitians that do not have the space in their practice to focus on the habits outside of the meal plan itself, plus size gyms/ communities/ apparel companies that support holistic well being NOT just the skinnier is better model.
