Does it work to do keto or carnivore just to heal gut, i usually feel bad when i eat carbs lately, and ive heard aleks say keto is generally not good.
I notice i feel better when i just dont eat anything so it makes me think its carbs right now which gives me a bad time. When i say carbs, i mean any sugar, fruitjuice and potato
