Introduction

Hey guys, My name is Edmar! I'm a follower of God and a mixed martial artist from Angola who resides in Canada.

My main reason for being here is to take my health and performance to the next level by optimizing my testosterone, all while staying rooted in biblical principles. Secondly, I want to be surrounded by others with similar goals so that we may help build up one another.

For fun, I like to spend time with family/friends, read, train, travel, and play video games!
