Tracking Website Activity For Integration With Voiceflow Chatbot

Hi there. So I'm building a client chatbot. One of the major features of the bot is its ability to interact with the user through out the buyer's journey as they navigate various products on the ecommerce store. So for example the user visits product A, the chatbot can tell this move, and it pops up giving additional recommendations of other products that complement product A. When they add Product A to cart, the bot can pop up with something like: "Hey there, Product B & C go well with Product A, buy them as a bundle to get a 30% discount on the items". Point being, the chatbot should be able to help increase the AOV (Average Order Values). What platform can I leverage to incorporate such functionality into my Voiceflow chatbot. Any help, will be greatly appreciated.
