Is AI Cold Calling Legal?
In this video, I break down the laws around AI Cold Calling. Recently, the FCC announced certain rules restricting "artificially generated" calls and classifying them as "robocalls". Whilst this impacts some of the use cases for AI Phone systems, there are still many ways we can use this technology to benefit our business and maintain a good customer experience.
