Anyone create Sequences in Vapi for outbound calling

I want to do outbound calling to a list of customers, but I dont just want to bulk call them.

Because some of them might not pick up. When someone does not pick up, then I want to recall them after some time.

How can I do it via Vapi ?

I know bland offers these Sequences.
