How to grow to 10-20k

Hello everyone! I have restarted my page a few weeks back (@inspiringtoinvest) and I am trying to figure out how to grow to 10-20k because I believe once I reached that mark that my account will grow faster organically. However I am quite stuck with my account, I have got a few old posts that managed to hit the explore page and I got quite a few followers from there but that is all. My reels never hit 100k+ or something like that and I am currently not getting the traffic I hoped for. I am posting 2 posts a day and reposting or mixing 1 reel. I am also not sure about my hashtag game. I am just trying to figure what to do to get the attention I want. Do you guys have any suggestions ?
