What to focus on if you don't have any properties!!
Hey guys, here is what you should focus on and put your attention and time into if you don't have airbnb units..
#1 - Create an LLC (check LLC section ive outlined best way to structure your LLC)
#2 - Focus on getting Business Funding -- 0% business cards for 12-18 months

# 3 - Research and Analyze Deals
pitch landlords with Script! this is a numbers game you should be calling 25-50 people a week, calls only take 5-10 mins at most!
# 4 - once you get a YES analyze that deal again and really see if numbers are making sense then apply for that unit to get approval and then review and sign the lease.
These are the 4 main things to FOCUS ON before you get in your first airbnb property!
