I’ve collected a short laundry list of injuries since starting training (broken toes, popped MCL’s on both knees, torn tendons in 1 foot, concussions, cauli ear, etc etc) but currently have a busted rib.
I have to say the rib is the worst 1 out of ALL of them. I’ll feel fine then sneeze, or turn wrong and I feel like the pain will make me throw up.
