Hello everyone, I am happy to be part of the Community and I would like to introduce myself briefly:

My name is Katja, I am 36 years old, a mother, married and have a degree in personal and business coaching. I am currently studying Change Management in order to provide optimal advice for clients in the business area.

This is based on the fact that you proceed in an organized manner, because only step by step can you safely reach your goal. You will achieve success more easily if you work on it with your own motivation.

I would like to help you not to see yourself as too complicated (Uncomplicated). There are ways and means to rediscover yourself, to get to know yourself and to approach many new situations and challenges with an open mind in order to emerge stronger from them.

Acceptance is at the forefront of our lives, if you accept WHO you are, WHERE you want to go and WHAT is happening around you, the answer to WHY is often easier than you might imagine.
