Hey everyone, I’m the owner, GM, and head coach of Dallas Circus Center and CrossFit 3 Rings in Dallas, TX. I’ve been a gymnastics and acrobatic coach since 2002, former college gymnast and cheerleader turn professional acrobat, then started using CrossFit to supplement my acrobatics! All rolled into a perfect storm, so now we coach it all. Our gym has been open in Dallas since 2013 and we have about 35 coaches (most of them part-time circus) - I decided to add my circus coaches to this group as well as I’m hoping a little outside perspective will be beneficial to all!
I view my staff as my ultimate students - if I’m a good coach and mentor to them, they’ll take care of the company and the clients! Revenue aspirations, I’d love to hit $83k monthly at some point, but more importantly, I’d like to get a staff of 30-50 full time, rock solid members of our community! That is where I define success!
I’m coming off paternity leave as my wife just had a beautiful baby girl a couple weeks ago. Everyone is happy and healthy. It’s been really nice to step away for a few weeks to focus on them, but now I’m ready to get back to work! Hit it hard for the fall uptick!
