1. Weekly Group Therapy Sessions: Each week, I personally lead a transformative group therapy session for the whole community. These calls are open to everyone in the community, including those in the free community and those in 'Integral Therapy'.
2. Integral Therapy: This community also hosts all the students enrolled in 'Integral Therapy'. Their presence adds huge value to the space, as they often share the knowledge and insights they are gaining with the broader community during the open group therapy sessions. Additionally, they often offer free therapy sessions to members of the larger community.
