So I have been trying to do some full body exercises without weights @home. And I got one yoga called Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation).
I want to do it daily except for Sunday's as that is a rest day for recovery.
Also I try to hit 4000 steps everyday because as of now I can hit only this. But will increase after some time.
Also I want to do some breathing exercise and 5 minutes of meditation.
I will post here everyday starting tomorrow. Anyone who wish to join me comment in this. We will hold each other accountable.
