My name is Mohit, I'm new to this platform 💚

Here is a short introduction about myself -- Over the last 12 years I've been helping my clients based in north America in the capacity of recruiting, staffing, sourcing and helping them with their payroll needs.

I was fortunate enough to work with a company that taught me the unique concept of "Self- Management" an organization without managers 💚 Sounds crazy right?

Yes, it was an evolutionary journey for me to go through and learn about self-management concepts. These organizations believe in obtaining results without having a proper hierarchical system.

To even think of building such a workplace or letting a community where trust thrives - One has to go through a journey of self-transformation, learn to listen, learn to communicate, learn to give space for others to speak, and also learn to deal with a person who has a different perspective, opinions or biases. 💚
