Accountability Challenge
I choose this forum because I need to be accountable and maybe I can find it here.
Beginning this weekend, 9/28 I am committing to the following for the next 7 days. Sat-Fri
  1. 5-10 minutes of deep breathing and meditation
  2. 5 minutes of stretching
  3. 5-10 minute walk and/or exercise focusing on stairs, to increase strength and endurance
  4. 5 minutes to cool down
Anyone want to declare and challenge themselves?
