Beginning this weekend, 9/28 I am committing to the following for the next 7 days. Sat-Fri
- 5-10 minutes of deep breathing and meditation
- 5 minutes of stretching
- 5-10 minute walk and/or exercise focusing on stairs, to increase strength and endurance
- 5 minutes to cool down
Anyone want to declare and challenge themselves?
