First sales call 💪🏽😤
Whats up Gs, had my first call over the phone
I will be honest and say it didn’t go well on my end (atleast in my opinion) but the result was good
I stayed monotone and tried speaking normally but it sounded forced for some reason
And at one point when the lead finished saying all the issues they had with their previous editor (I asked) I said “I assure you that won’t happen when working with me” and I said it in such a monotone way that I cringed in the inside
I asked what type of content they posted, target audience, how/what they record at, where they post, how often
But then I got to a moment when all questions were answered and I had no idea what else to say or how to close
So I can’t really write what happened because I can’t even remember what I was saying
Other thing I want to mention:
I didn’t discuss pricing in the call
And took it to the Dms (THIS WAS AFTER THE CALL) See below.
