An interesting fact is that the supplement industry is bigger than the fitness industry in the US.
Why?
People like the easier route more than they do the hard route ❌
But the truth is..supplements are just that.
They SUPPLEMENT!
If you trained correctly, ate correctly, slept, and drank your water...That would be 99% of the game.
But with that, there are a few supplements I would recommend to give you that little push. And those are:

Most people significantly undereat the amount of protein their body needs, so whey protein is always a solid idea. Take 1-2 scoops per day.
As for creatine, it can increase mass, allow you to hold more water, which will help you push more weight and get stronger.
Finally, pre-workout is great to stimulate you before your workout. A little extra energy can make get that one or two extra reps, and lead to more muscle growth 💪
