Clients Feedback Sessions - how to do?
This is something I've been thinking about recently and this club might be the right place to ask: feedback is super important for us, but we often forget to set up regular feedback sessions with our clients during or after a project.
How do you manage this? Do you ask for feedback regularly, or maybe use a Clutch link? Do you have a feedback session only after finishing a project? 😅
Would really help to learn from your experience and improve our process.
