Need help Creating Whatsapp Assistant

Hello, Hope Everyone doing well. I just need regarding an automation with make.com using Airtable and OpenAI Chatgpt Modules. I am building a Whatsapp Assistant That would handle the Customer Inquiries about products which are stored in Airtable database. For Whatsapp Trigger, I am using Whapi.cloud module. The Whatsapp assistant engages the user in natural conversation and when the user writes any inquiry about a specific product then this inquiry will be passed to chatgpt that will search through the airtable database and send that data to the customer. Can anyone please tell me how that would be done because i have tried a lot but i wasn't able to search through the airtable and scneario is just keeps looping even i just sent only message Hi.
