April 4th Projection
Last night I was able to separate after around 3 cycles of indirect techniques. After I managed to stand up, I turned back and looked at my own body and decided to try and perform healing on myself. I put one hand on my head and one on my lower abdomen. I then began to channel white light into my physical body, when I began doing this, there was suddenly an overlay on my body with different graphs and monitors and levels. I couldn't read what any of the letters or symbols were, but I was changing them in real time with my healing attempt. I started to feel like my heart was beating out of my chest as the experience intensified and I began to feel like I was losing control of the flow of white light. I then snapped back into my body and was unable to separate again.
