Knowledge Base Missing from Clients Accounts...

On Friday I noticed that a few of my client's Knowledge Base Docs are not showing or working.

However, it does say "5 data sources" are in there but are empty/blank when you go into the Knowledge Base.

I noticed that the Assistants are going off track.

is there a way to get these back, or should I recreate/upload them again?
