In 2.1 Voice still can't read the knowledge base
I ask a price question that needed to be referenced to knowledge base, on Test Knowledge Base tool, and on Instagram DM. Both text channels give out the correct info, so KB vector upload is working fine. When I call the assistant she does not reference the KB and makes up prices. I tested this 3 times.
Did anybody else got voice to reference KB? Would be good to know your experience.
