XSS atack tutorial?

So i am looking for a way to make a XSS atack to steal people's cookies (for educational purposes). My main goal is to make a link that when clicked it steals all of their data and sends it to my database. But as many from here i dont know shit about coding. So if you guys could give me a guide on how to do it i would highly appreciate it.
