Question for those who aren't skids

What would you say the best place is to start / learn cybersecurity for a career path (pentesting, security architect etc..)

open to all forms of help, interested in hearing how you got into cyber yourself and where you would suggest me to start, really interested in learning and becoming good at this so the help and direction would be much appreciated, thanks
